Now with new recipes, we keep the quality that our customers choose since we opened, the history of our restaurant originated from Seledonia's initiative back in 2012. We open everyday from 7am to 11pm. Enjoy mama Seledonia's culinary creations and cozy ambience.
Mama Seledonia intends to support young single mothers from poor backgrounds who have talent in the kitchen but can't get a job due to their household chores. We are looking for volunteers or organizations that wish to help in the upbringing of the children and give these women a chance to develop their passion and support their families. If you want to help, please contact the administration.

Amazing Peruvian Food!
We had our dinner at this amazing restaurant! It is really one of the best in Cusco with a great location!
We loved everything: super cosy vibes, the owners made us feel very special, the food super delicious and the overall atmosphere with super nice music! We will definitely come back again! Do not miss the passion fruit cheesecake!🥰

Extraordinary in so many fronts
This is my first time in Cusco. The hospitality, quality of the food, presentation are all nothing short of excellent. I had the chulpe cusqueno and alpaca con salsa de vino, they both tasted amazing. The owner, Mama Seledonia, tried to explain what the soup was about to me, sadly my Spanish is too poor to comprehend 😂.

Best experience for high quality peruvian food in Cuzco
The restaurant Mama Seledonia was our best food experience in our trip through Peru. Lovely, familiar ambiente, a lovely and very personal service combined with original, high quality peruvian food in all varieties, from vegetarian food to chicken, guinea pig, lama and trout. The starters, as well as the main dishes and the desserts are from excellent quality, prepared with love from the kitchen chef. The prices are in comparison for what you get absolutely affordable and we would always recommend this personal food experience. Go to this restaurant at first, when visiting Cuzco!

Cusco‘s food heaven and inspiring owner
By far the best food in Cusco with the most talented and big hearted female chef. At our first night in Cusco we tried many different dishes and all of them were amazing! We tried to return the other day and were really sad because it was closed during holidays. At my last night I knocked at the door and Seledonia told my that they were closed but she would cook for me. I had the most delicious fish with passionfruit sauce, potatoes and asparagus. I also got to know Seledonia and she is such an loving and inspiring person <3
When in Cusco, go there!!! She also does cooking classes. We will definitely come back

Best restaurant in Cusco. The fish and meat was on point. We tried a few other restaurants in Cusco but this was our best experience in whole South America. The lady who owns the restaurant and the team was also super nice and overwhelming. We will definitely come back!! Best Paul & Annalena

Beautiful family restaurant with the most amazing presentation of the food. I ordered a vegetarian option with mash potatoes. It was amazing.

Absolutely Delicious & Immaculately Plated
There are only three women who run the place — 1 cook, 1 sous chef, and 1 server — and between the three of them, I had some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. I got the beer-soaked llama steak, and it tasted absolutely incredible. I can’t even explain how impressed I was with this restaurant. Amazing food, a very talented staff, and one of the best dining experiences I had in Cusco.

We sat on little balcony. We had ceviche and a fruit salad . Both were very good , we wanted to return but ran out of time. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our time there. Nice comfy atmosphere.
